My Yoga Style

My teaching style is a fusion of Hatha, Kripalu, Vini and Vinyasa yoga, infused with core Pilates.

I combine breathing, static poses and vinyasas (stringing together poses to form a flow). Emphasis is put on body form and alignment, all the while encouraging you to really tune in and become self-aware.

  • Hatha yoga: Slower paced, more deliberate practice, with pauses between poses, using breath work to unlock mindfulness.
  • Kripalu yoga: Emphasizes that yoga is for everyone irrespective of body type, age or fitness; self-awareness is key to unlocking the power of yoga.
  • Vini Yoga: Adapting your yoga practice to suit your needs, limits & goals.
  • Vinyasa yoga: Harmonises movement and breath, turning classic poses into a living, breathing, moving, organic flow.
  • Pilates: Moving with control, strength and greater postural awareness.
